2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Consultations are for informational and educational purposes only and do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
If you need medical or emergency care, contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Consultation per fee schedule
Payment is due at the time of booking
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but consultations may be rescheduled.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials and blog content on this site are owned by Nisá Advisors and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and thoughtful guidance, Nisá Advisors is not responsible for outcomes or decisions made based on our services or website content.
